Verso Instalaciones is a Spanish energy installation company that designs, engineers and installs sustainable energy infrastructure — high-power EV charging points and residential and industrial photovoltaic systems — handling the full turnkey process in-house, from grid connection requests and permitting through civil works, electrical installation, commissioning and maintenance, rather than subcontracting. Founded in Seville in 2017 by Ignacio López, Jesús Nieto and Álvaro San Basilio, it serves clients across Spain from its base in Polígono Industrial La Negrilla and has roughly 11-50 employees. It pitched at Alhambra Venture 2023 seeking capital to fund national expansion, but no closed venture round or investor has been publicly disclosed.
