MMYSPHERA
MYSPHERA is a Valencia-based healthtech company that uses IoT and real-time location systems (RTLS) — smart wristbands, tags and sensors — to track patients, staff and assets inside hospitals and automate clinical workflows, with products including ORvital (operating rooms), Stela (emergency department), Moon (asset tracking) and Fastway. Founded in 2012 by engineers who had built one of Spain's first EHRs, it deployed the largest RTLS in Europe at Hospital La Fe in Valencia and now runs 60+ hospital projects reaching around 290,000 patients. It raised a €2.5M round in 2019 from Swanlaab, Sabadell Venture Capital and Air Liquide's ALIAD; in early 2026 ABE Capital Partners acquired a majority stake and folded it into its Mediance healthcare platform (CEO and minority investors reinvested), so it now operates as 'MYSPHERA by Mediance'.
