Olira (Olira Care) is a Madrid-based femtech startup running an online clinic for women's hormonal health, focused on perimenopause and menopause in women aged roughly 35-40 and up. It combines teleconsultations with a multidisciplinary clinical team (gynecology, nutrition, physiotherapy/pelvic floor, sexology, nutrition, psychology and exercise) with an app for symptom tracking and AI-supported personalized care plans, including HRT and non-hormonal options. It sells both direct-to-consumer and B2B via corporate menopause wellness programs (landing pages exist for BBVA, EY, Arval, CAF, Howden, ITP Aero and Vithas), was founded in 2025 by two former WOOM operators, is supported by Google for Startups and iLab, and won the UUPRIZE25 award in the Health & Equality category.
