REDIT Ventures
REDIT Ventures is a Valencia-based deep tech investment vehicle promoted by the 11 technological institutes of the REDIT network (AIMPLAS, AINIA, AITEX, ITI, ITENE, IBV, INESCOP, ITC, ITE, AIDIMME, AIJU). It acts as both investor and venture builder, turning research results from those institutes into industrial spin-offs — building the business case, assembling founding teams, setting technology-transfer terms and funding the launch. Launched with ~€1.5M of own capital from the institutes, it had committed ~€2.7M across 8 spin-offs by late 2025, with ~10 more projects under evaluation, and is openly seeking additional capital (investor club, VC partners, IVACE/CDTI) to scale.
