ART Technologies (legal name Ar Testing Technologies) is a Valencian deeptech spin-off that industrialises and commercialises hyperspectral vision inspection systems for advanced quality control in large-scale food production, detecting foreign bodies and defects invisible to the human eye in bulk agri-food products. It was launched in April 2026 by the food technology centre AINIA together with REDIT Ventures, the investment vehicle backed by the eleven technological institutes of the REDIT network, and is REDIT Ventures' ninth company creation. It has raised roughly €515k to date (€315k of initial backing from AINIA and REDIT Ventures plus a €200k round with REDIT Ventures and its Investment Club) to accelerate manufacturing and industrial deployment. It is based in Valencia/Alcoy.
