FlexiiC (legally Flexible Integrated Circuits, S.L.) is a deep-tech spin-off of the CSIC's Institute of Microelectronics of Barcelona (IMB-CNM), founded in 2022, that designs and manufactures flexible, organic integrated circuits using functional inks deposited at low temperature on low-cost, sustainable substrates. It develops custom PDKs and flexible System-on-Chip solutions with sensor interfaces, processing and data transmission for disposable/short-life monitoring in healthcare wearables, smart food packaging and environmental applications. In May 2026 it raised a €2M round led by Madrid-based Bullnet Capital to industrialise its first product families; it also has a multi-year manufacturing partnership with UK-based Smartkem and has received CDTI/NextGenerationEU public funding. It is based in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona.
