Sherpa is a Spanish crowdshipping (collaborative logistics) platform that connects people who need to send a parcel between cities with verified travellers already making that trip, who monetise spare space in their car or luggage. It operates in eight cities (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Bilbao, Zaragoza, Málaga, Sevilla, Pamplona), monetises via a ~12% commission split between sender and traveller, and claims savings of up to 70% versus traditional couriers, with identity verification, QR-code tracking and escrowed payments. Very early stage: legal entity Sherpa Delivery, S.L.L. registered in Madrid, app launched in 2025, ~€150k raised led by angel Juan Pane Arregui (BuyVip founder) plus ENISA/NextGenerationEU public financing, and selected for the Lanzadera accelerator.
