REIDITE Industries is a Spanish deep-tech electronics group that designs and manufactures industrial processors, FPGA System-on-Modules (XIPHOS, ZENITH, ACRIX, NEXAR) and embedded computing platforms for defense, aerospace, energy, industrial automation and edge AI, with in-house engineering, validation and certification (DO-254, DO-178C, MIL-STD-810/461). Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Villaviciosa de Odón (Madrid), it groups the REIDITE Electronics and REIDITE Robotics divisions and emphasises European design and manufacturing for a sovereign supply chain, including proprietary 'Phantom Forge' packaging and RISC-V architectures. In January 2026 it closed a €300,000 round led by Seed and Grow Ventures, on top of €405,000 previously awarded through the NEOTEC (CDTI) and Comunidad de Madrid programmes. Its CEO is Carlos Vaello.
