Fideltour
Fideltour is a Spanish traveltech SaaS company that builds a customer data platform (CDP) and CRM designed specifically for hotels, unifying guest data into a 360° profile to power personalised marketing, loyalty programmes and direct bookings without OTA commissions. Founded in Palma de Mallorca and used by around 1,000 hotels, it offers modules for CRM, marketing, reviews, loyalty and integrations, and has expanded into Latin America via an operations hub in Mexico. It is seed-stage, raised roughly €300K through SEGO Venture's equity crowdfunding line, passed through the Lanzadera accelerator, and has been named CRM of the Year at the Premios Tecnología Siglo XXI.
