Founded in early 2023 in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) by Julio Ois and Margarita Villegas, it is an early-stage/pre-seed company: it raised a €228k capital increase from business angels (total capital €278k) plus a €186k ENISA Emprendedores participatory loan in December 2023, after 3Fs rounds in 2023 and 2024, and joined Lanzadera's SEPT25 acceleration cohort.
