Healthy Poke is a Spanish fast-casual restaurant chain specialising in customisable Hawaiian poke bowls, plus burritos, sandwiches and açaí bowls, founded in Madrid in 2018 and operating 40+ company-owned locations across Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Málaga, Seville, Granada, Murcia, Mallorca, Zaragoza and Las Palmas. It is one of the few poke chains in Spain that operates exclusively with own stores rather than franchises, reported €14M revenue in 2022, and raised a €1.3M round in 2023 after passing through Juan Roig's Lanzadera accelerator and joining Glovo's strategic private-equity programme.
