Maternify is a Madrid-based digital family health clinic that provides maternal and infant care online and at home, covering pregnancy, postpartum and early childhood. Its network of more than 100 professionals includes midwives, paediatricians, lactation consultants, physiotherapists, perinatal psychologists, nutritionists and sleep advisers. The company earns revenue from families who pay for consultations and courses, and from companies that offer its services to employees as a corporate wellbeing benefit; its corporate clients include Securitas Direct, T-Systems and Fractalia. It has served more than 5,000 families, has passed €1 million in cumulative revenue and has an average Google rating of 4.9/5. Maternify was founded in Madrid in 2021 by midwife Carla Quintana and Álvaro Ayllón and went through the Lanzadera accelerator. In 2023 it raised a €460,000 first round from Juan Abarca (president of HM Hospitales), Alejandro Castillejo (Sanitas Ventures), Kike Corral (ThePowerMBA), ENISA, family offices and business angels, and in 2026 it completed a second round through equity crowdfunding.
