Qubiotech Health Intelligence is a Galician health-AI company that develops Neurocloud, a cloud platform for automatic quantification of neuroimaging biomarkers from PET, SPECT and MRI scans to support diagnosis and monitoring of neurodegenerative conditions such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, epilepsy and multiple sclerosis. Founded in December 2014 as a spin-off from the Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging group of the FIDIS health research institute in Santiago de Compostela, it is CE-marked and AEMPS-authorised and is used by roughly 20 hospitals in Spain and Portugal, including Hospital Clínic Barcelona and Hospital La Paz. It is a small seed-stage team (around 8-10 people) based in A Coruña.
