KKleta
Kleta is a Barcelona-based urban mobility company that rents mechanical and electric bikes to individuals and businesses on a monthly subscription. Each plan includes the bike, repairs at the customer's home, locks, accessories and theft protection, and the company also offers bike programmes for employers such as Badi and Glovo. It was founded in Barcelona in 2020 by Falk Siegel and Diego Casabe, operates in Barcelona and Valencia, and has served more than 10,000 customers, with about 2,000 active subscribers and a fleet of more than 2,000 bikes. It raised a €400,000 pre-seed round backed by Marc-André ter Stegen, then in March 2022 a €2 million round led by Fondo Bolsa Social with Banco Sabadell and Marc Gasol. In October 2025 Cooltra acquired Kleta's business unit out of insolvency proceedings.
