Worksible is a Madrid-based SaaS and fintech platform that lets companies hire, verify and pay freelance talent in more than 100 countries. It automates contractor onboarding, KYC/AML checks, contract generation and tax-labour compliance, and it consolidates payments in over 30 currencies into a single monthly invoice. The platform also gives companies access to a marketplace of more than 45,000 verified freelancers, and it earns revenue from company subscriptions plus a commission on payments. Founded in 2019 by Sergio Conejo, Worksible went through the Lanzadera accelerator, raised a €200,000 seed round and was a South Summit Madrid finalist in 2025 and 2026.
