Ttugesto
tugesto is a Valencia-based software company offering a cloud platform for payroll, HR management and labour advisory to Spanish SMEs, larger companies with multiple sites or complex collective agreements, self-employed professionals, and accounting and labour advisory firms. It combines its own payroll engine with HR tools, an employee portal, invoicing and outsourced legal and labour compliance services, and sells on a SaaS model priced by employee count, payroll volume and services contracted. The company was founded in Valencia in 2015 by lawyers Manuel Fandos and Lidón Serra, and went through the Lanzadera accelerator. In 2020 it reported €940,000 in revenue and around 8,000 clients. In 2021 it raised €350,000 from Angels, Juan Roig's investment firm. In late 2024 it was acquired by the Visma group and continues to operate as an independent company under the same name and management.
