MMeyo
Meyo is a Sant Cugat del Vallès-based digital mental health company whose app helps users build self-esteem, manage stress and anxiety, and form healthier habits through psychologist-designed tests, challenges, exercises, games, audiovisual content including Oscar-winning short films, and an AI chatbot assistant. It began as a personalised nutrition and lifestyle platform and now also sells a B2B SaaS version of its mental health tool to companies, schools and education centres in Spain and Latin America, alongside consumer subscriptions and a free ad-supported tier. The app reached nearly 300,000 organic users within two years of launch. Founded in 2018 by Tabaré Majem and Andreu Palou-March, the company took part in Plug and Play's Food & Beverage programme in Silicon Valley, raised €600,000 in 2020 in a round led by the Chousa family, former owners of the Ingapan group, and later raised a €250,000 round with participation from the Vermú investor community.
