GOI

GOI is a Spanish logistics company that handles the transport, delivery, assembly and installation of bulky goods such as furniture, appliances and televisions, as well as moving services. It runs a technology platform that connects retailers, consumers and independent carriers, and serves retailers including IKEA, Leroy Merlin, Amazon, Carrefour, Alcampo and Correos. Founded in 2015 by Yaiza Canosa, the company reached annual revenue of about €70 million. It raised early rounds of €200,000 and €500,000 from business angels, including Carlos Blanco. In 2020 Moira Capital Partners invested €17 million for a stake of about 50%, and later held roughly 35% as the largest shareholder. In March 2025 Canosa became chair and CFO Sergio Martínez took over as CEO. After rebranding as LOGI, the company entered insolvency proceedings before the A Coruña commercial court in January 2026.
