KONNECT is a Barcelona-based B2B strategy execution workspace developed by management consultancy KAPWA Global. In one workspace, AI structures and analyses a company's strategic challenge, and matched industry experts then validate it and turn it into an executable roadmap. It serves scaleup leadership teams and independent consultants in areas such as business strategy, organisational design, go-to-market, market expansion, operations and change management, and aims to cut consulting timelines from months to weeks. The platform has delivered more than 55 projects, won the Global Entrepreneurship Pitch Competition – Europe in 2025 and exhibited at 4YFN during MWC 2026, with support from Tech Barcelona, ESADE eWorks and EAE Emprende.
