Business Software Group (BSG) is a Spanish 'buy & build' vertical software consolidator, founded in 2020 and headquartered in Madrid and Elche. It acquires and operates B2B software companies with recurring-revenue models (ERP and other niche business-management software) across Spain, Portugal and Latin America, giving each portfolio company shared finance, technology, AI and HR support while preserving its operational autonomy. It has completed 27+ acquisitions, employs 700+ people, and generates over €65M in revenue; CEO Ventura Gil Peña (previously founder of Infortelecom) leads the group.
