Lang.ai built a no-code AI platform that structured unstructured customer-support text — automatically tagging and categorising conversations inside help desks like Zendesk, Intercom and Salesforce — so CX teams could surface insights and trigger automations. Founded in 2018 by the team behind Spanish NLP company Séntisis, it raised ~$15M (seed led by Village Global, $10.5M Series A led by Nava Ventures in 2022) and served customers including Tinder, Ramp, Stitch Fix, Hippo Insurance, Rue Gilt Groupe, CaixaBank and Vodafone. Lang.ai was acquired by St. Louis-based Capacity on 21 April 2026 and no longer operates independently. HQ was San Francisco with a New York presence, and the founders are Spanish and the engineering team was based in Madrid.
