QQCentroid
QCentroid is a Bilbao-based quantum software company that operates a vendor-neutral Quantum-as-a-Service platform (the QCentroid Suite / QuantumOps platform), letting enterprises build, benchmark and run quantum, hybrid and AI-powered workloads across multiple hardware backends (IBM, AWS Braket, D-Wave, Azure) through a single API without vendor lock-in. Founded in 2022 by a team with backgrounds in financial algorithms and quantum experimentation at BBVA, it is an early-stage company (~2-10 employees) that has raised a small amount via accelerators and quantum-focused investors, and works with customers including Telefónica, Moody's Analytics, Mahou San Miguel and Cepsa. CEO Carlos Kuchkovsky sits on the World Economic Forum's Global Future Council on Quantum Computing and the European Commission's Quantum Flagship Strategic Advisory Board.
