Triporate is a Madrid-based B2B travel-tech company that automates corporate travel management using artificial intelligence and natural-language processing: companies email their trip requests and Triporate's engine returns policy-compliant itineraries and bookings, reportedly 8-10x faster than a traditional travel agent. Founded in 2017, it raised roughly €1.9M across a crowd-backed 2018 seed round on Startupxplore (€266k in one hour) and a €1.3M seed round in January 2020, and served SMEs and freelancers in Spain, Germany and the Netherlands. Triporate is no longer an independent startup — it was acquired at the end of 2021 by Ávoris Corporación Empresarial (Barceló Group) and now operates as a brand within Ávoris's corporate travel division. Both original co-CEOs have since left; Sergio Orozco founded RookieWise and Ernesto Cohnen returned to ixigo.
