OOpenteca
Openteca is a Spanish fintech that operates a free digital mortgage intermediation platform, using open banking, machine learning and AI to match users with personalized mortgage offers from multiple banks in under 24 hours, monetizing via bank commissions rather than customer fees. It has since expanded into B2B mortgage infrastructure with OpenICI, a mortgage CRM/engine for brokers, real estate agencies and financial advisors (PSIs) that centralizes documentation review, automatic CIRBE processing and bank scoring. Founded in 2021 and launched publicly in May 2023, it is a ~14-person company headquartered in the Barcelona area and was a semifinalist in Santander Digital Services' Escudería program. It raised ~€500k at a €6M pre-money in October 2024.
