SSTAY
STAY is a Madrid-based guest experience platform (Guest Experience OS) that lets hotels and resorts offer branded mobile/web apps where guests can browse the hotel directory, order room service, book restaurants, spa treatments, cabanas and activities, make requests and give feedback, with analytics and staff tools on the back end. Founded in 2010 by brothers Joan and Ángel Lladó, it grew to serve 1,300+ hotels in 70+ countries for chains including Hyatt, Meliá, RIU, Barceló, NH and Radisson, and won Hotel Tech Report's 'Best Hotel Guest App' award. In June 2026 STAY was acquired by US-based RealTime Reservation (backed by a strategic investment from Wavecrest Growth Partners), so it is no longer an independent startup; Joan Lladó now serves as President, Europe of the combined company, which still operates from Madrid.
