Hundred Burgers
Hundred Burgers is a Spanish smash/gourmet burger restaurant chain founded in Valencia in 2020 by Álex González-Urbón and Ezequiel Maldjian, built on a vertically integrated model where buns are baked and aged beef is ground daily in its own central kitchens in Valencia and Madrid. It operates around 8 restaurants across Valencia and Madrid plus a delivery/dark-kitchen operation, employs roughly 200 people and generates over €25M in revenue. It was named the world's best burger by The World's Best Burgers rankings in 2024 and 2025, and in October 2025 private equity firm Buenavista Equity Partners acquired an ~80% majority stake (founders retained ~20% and continue to run the business).
