Opground, founded in 2020 by Eduard Teixido, Jordi Vall and Marcel Gozalbo, closed its first round of just over €500,000 led by R&D funding consultancy FI Group, with ENISA, the CDTI Neotec programme and ACCIO's Startup Capital grant also participating. Its AI virtual recruiter screens software developers without CVs and claims to cut selection times by 80%.
