Barcelona embedded-finance API HUBUC raised a $10M seed round co-led by WndrCo (Jeffrey Katzenberg's fund) and Runa Capital, with Y Combinator, Village Global, 4Founders Capital and angels participating. HUBUC calls itself the "AWS for financial services", letting companies embed accounts, payments, cards and wallets across 58 territories; Spanish press reported the round as roughly €9M.
