HUBUC is a Barcelona-based embedded finance company that provides a single API for businesses to embed financial services — card issuing, accounts, payments and FX — into their own products, positioning itself as "AWS for financial services". In 2023 it launched P1, a cloud-native global card issuing and processing engine, becoming a Mastercard Network Enablement Partner, and its site now leads with card issuing/processing for digital banking, corporate expense, travel and benefits programmes. A Y Combinator (W21) alum, it raised a $10M seed round in February 2022 co-led by WndrCo (Jeffrey Katzenberg's fund) and Runa Capital. It is headquartered in Barcelona, with London and New York offices.
