FrontWave Imaging is a spin-off of the Barcelona Supercomputing Center and Imperial College London that builds supercomputing software to detect breast cancer early from 3D ultrasound. It raised €750K in its first round through an equity crowdfunding campaign on Capital Cell, with a further €75K from ACCIÓ's Startup Capital line. The money funds finishing the software and clinical validation.
