Belvo says that between its founding in May 2019 and May 2020 it 'had raised $3m in pre-seed funding' and joined Y Combinator's W20 batch. Backers were MAYA Capital, Venture Friends, Latinia, David Vélez (Nubank), Unpopular VC, STARTegy and YC. No closing date was ever published; the date is set to 2019 (year only) and the round was first reported in the May 2020 announcement.
