Brain VC Fund was Spain's first venture capital fund dedicated exclusively to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, backing capital-efficient B2B and B2B2C startups mainly out of Spain with expansion into Europe and Latin America. Launched in 2022 with a target size of up to €25-30M and managed by Hubble Capital SGEIC, the fund built a portfolio of roughly a dozen AI/ML companies. The fund, registered as "BRAIN VC, FCRE", was deregistered by Spain's CNMV on March 28, 2025 and is currently listed as "en liquidación" (in liquidation).
