teknoCEA is a Barcelona-based power electronics company, founded in 2012 as a spin-off of CITCEA-UPC, the technology transfer centre of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. It designs and manufactures custom power electronics components and systems — power converters, DSP-based digital control boards, voltage/current sensors and interface boards — plus engineering services for power systems modelling and analysis. Its main application areas are the energy transition and electric mobility, including EV charging infrastructure and shore-power systems for yachts; in December 2023 it raised a small venture round from GROW Venture Partners to accelerate EV deployment.
