NNora Real Food
Nora Real Food is a Barcelona-based foodtech that provides healthy, seasonal Mediterranean meals to companies, operating both a 'digital canteen' (daily menus delivered to offices before noon) and physical on-site canteens where its chefs cook inside client facilities. Founded in 2018 as an ESADE final-degree project, it serves clients including Novartis, Mango, Nestlé, Social Point and Glovo, delivers over 4,000 menus a day and employs roughly 120 people. It closed 2025 with €10.3M in revenue (+43% YoY), turned profitable in 2024, and is preparing its first expansion into Madrid targeting €12M+ in 2026. The company has never raised institutional venture capital: its funding came from ~€300k of initial capital plus family-and-friends rounds (€455k in 2020, roughly €1M in total), and management has said no new rounds are planned.
