ClinicPoint (formerly Medprivé) is a Spanish private-healthcare marketplace, founded in Barcelona in 2012, that lets patients book discounted consultations, diagnostic tests, and surgical procedures with private clinics and hospitals without a subscription fee. The company raised roughly $2.65M across three seed rounds (2013-2016) but later went through bankruptcy proceedings and was acquired by insurer Aegon in April 2024, so it no longer operates as an independent startup.
