Homming

Homming is a Madrid-based proptech SaaS platform for end-to-end management of medium- and long-term rental properties, connecting property managers, landlords, tenants and suppliers in a single tool covering pre-rental, digital contracts and e-signature, rent collection and settlements, incident management and reporting. Founded in 2019 by four co-founders and operating under the legal entity Homming Cloud S.L., it manages tens of thousands of tenants (30,000+ reported), expanded into six Latin American markets in 2023, and launched an integrated AI assistant in 2025-2026. Notable facts: largely bootstrapped with roughly €1.4M from private/angel partners rather than a headline VC round, reached break-even in 2025, won the Solvia PropTECH Award, and was one of two Spanish startups (alongside Wallbox) selected as a Harvard Business School case.
