Kokono is a Madrid-based proptech/cleantech startup building the first one-stop-shop platform in Spain for scaling residential energy rehabilitation. It diagnoses buildings' energy deficiencies, simulates the most cost-effective renovation interventions, and helps property owners access financing and public aid, aiming to cut CO2 emissions and energy consumption across the residential real estate stock. Founded in 2021, it began operating with its first clients in early 2022.
