InProteins (legal name In Proteins For All, S.L.) is a Spanish foodtech company developing plant-based protein ingredients — concentrates, isolates, hydrolysates and custom powders — using a proprietary hybrid green-chemistry/biotech extraction process. It is building Spain's first integrated plant-based protein production plant in Curtis, A Coruña (Galicia), backed by a joint investment from beer group Hijos de Rivera and the Xunta de Galicia's public venture arm Xesgalicia (total project cost reported near €18M), with the plant expected to start operations in late 2026; it also runs an R&D facility (Imagine Labs) in Camas, Seville.
