60Nd is a deeptech spin-off of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) working in mechanobiology/mechanomedicine. It builds NeoMag, a portable device that combines magneto-active (magneto-intelligent) polymers with AI to apply programmable, non-invasive mechanical stimuli to 2D and 3D cell cultures, letting labs reproduce in vitro the mechanical conditions of pathologies such as tumours, brain trauma or tissue scarring. The company won a €2.4M EIC Transition grant under Horizon Europe (one of ~40 European deeptech projects selected), has raised over €3M in total including a ~€1.1M mix of private investment and public support (CDTI), and was a South Summit Madrid 2026 finalist in the Health category; its customers/users include UCL, Institut Pasteur, UCSF and CNIC.
