Founded in Kyiv in 2012 and now run from hubs in Barcelona, New York, London and Kyiv (its US entity is registered in Brookline, MA), it employs roughly 700 people. In January 2026 it raised a $150M Series D led by WestCap at a $1.2B valuation, becoming a unicorn, with ~$299M raised in total.
