Payli is a Spanish proptech SaaS that centralises and automates real estate transactions for agencies, property managers and building administrators, covering digital contracts, tenant screening, payments, commission tracking, invoicing and cross-selling of services such as insurance and telecoms. Founded in 2023 and based in Barcelona, it works with agencies including Otesa, SH Barcelona, Ollé Bertran, Finques Ferrer and Gallofré, and projected serving over 5,000 real estate professionals in its first year. In August 2025 it closed a €480K round led by rental-guarantee company Finaer, combining €300K of private equity capital with €180K of public ENISA financing.
