Neurologyca is a Madrid-based neuroscience-and-AI company that builds what it calls the "Human Context Layer for Artificial Intelligence" — its flagship product Kopernica is a multimodal emotional-AI platform that reads over 790 body reference points from live video plus audio tone and rhythm to infer emotion, stress, trust and cognitive state, giving AI systems adaptive, persistent context about the people they interact with. Originally founded as a neuromarketing and consumer-research firm (Neurologyca Science & Marketing), it pivoted toward B2B AI infrastructure and in April 2024 closed a round of ~€2.9M led by Sego Venture with Sama Capital; in July 2026 it launched Neurologyca Labs, a research division focused on human-context intelligence, AI alignment and human-machine interaction.
