HH2PLT
H2PLT is a Spanish renewable-energy company that develops its own technology for the production, storage, transport and practical application of green hydrogen, built around a modular, replicable "micro-generation" model: small photovoltaic farms produce surplus solar power, an electrolyser turns it into green hydrogen, and a fuel cell converts it back into electricity on demand. It also runs EV charging infrastructure (its 'electrolinera' at the El Pedernoso solar park in Cuenca, where it holds 80 hectares with capacity for up to 40 MW and 2.5 t/day of hydrogen) and the WattBrews charge-management software. Founded in Lleida in February 2022 by Lleida.net founder Sisco Sapena with ~€210,000 of initial capital and personal investment of over €2M, the company filed in November 2023 to list on BME Scaleup seeking ~€15M, and has since recruited high-profile independent directors (Albert Maasland, ex-Saxo Bank UK; Ana Serrano Oñate, ex-Equinor, replacing Carolina Martínez-Caro). It is headquartered in Lleida and is very small (2-10 employees).
