Vantelis is an OT/ICS cybersecurity company that lets industrial operators securely acquire data from and protect legacy operational-technology assets that cannot be patched or replaced, using agentless, passive, non-intrusive deployments across energy, water, oil & gas, manufacturing, transport, critical infrastructure and hospitals. Founded in San Sebastian in 2011 as Enigmedia, rebranded to Opscura in 2023 alongside a $9.4M Series A, the company then entered insolvency and its productive unit was bought out of bankruptcy in March 2026 for ~€300,000 by Draper B1 and investor Alfonso Alcala, who kept nearly all staff and relaunched it as Vantelis (legal entity Vantelis Technologies SL, Calle Portuetxe 23-B, Donostia/San Sebastian).
