Smart Point, formerly known as Mayordomo, is a Barcelona-based proptech company that makes AI-powered smart lockers and a digital amenity platform for residential buildings, offices, hospitals, student housing and retail spaces. Its lockers let residents and employees receive, send and return parcels and use on-site services such as dry cleaning, pharmacy and flower delivery, while building operators get a data dashboard. The platform serves more than 200 buildings across Spain, the UK and Europe, with offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Copenhagen, London and Düsseldorf. Founded by Edward Hamilton and Tom Selva, it began development in 2015 and installed its first locker at Bayer's Barcelona building in 2017; it has raised about $6M from backers including EIT Urban Mobility and Second Century Ventures, and a 2023 round led by EIT Urban Mobility valued it at €40M.
