EEAVE
EAVE is a Spanish clean-energy installer that sells and installs residential and commercial photovoltaic systems, battery storage (including Tesla Powerwall) and EV charging points, handling permits, subsidies, financing and maintenance end-to-end; it is an official distributor for Wallbox, EVBox and Tesla chargers. Founded in 2019 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife by three ex-automotive executives, it has expanded nationally with offices in Madrid, the Balearics, Catalonia, the Basque Country, Andalusia and the Levante, growing from ~€400k revenue in 2019 to close to €10-11M by 2023 and roughly 140 employees. It is an operating energy-services business rather than a VC-backed startup: it has raised no equity venture rounds, and its main outside financing was a €3M facility from Banco Santander's Smart Fund in July 2023, partly earmarked for an AI/weather-forecast-based energy management system.
