Premiumguest is a Barcelona-based B2B software platform that lets nightclubs, beach clubs, festivals, hotels and restaurants sell tickets and table reservations under their own brand, manage guest lists and check-in, and distribute events across multiple sales channels. Its SaaS offering covers online ticketing with white-label websites, interactive VIP seating maps, CRM, cashless payments and analytics. The platform has served more than 300 venues and operators, including W Barcelona and Nikki Beach, and has processed over 50,000 events and more than 5 million attendees. Founded in 2018 by Anxo Coterillo, Pol Domingo, Iñaki Morton and Vicent Guasch, the company closed a €1M seed round in 2022 with business angels including Glovo co-founders Oscar Pierre and Sacha Michaud, Marcos Alves (ElTenedor), Pere Vallès (Exoticca) and Carlota Pi (Holaluz), plus debt financing from ICF, and was acquired by hospitality software provider CoverManager in March 2024.
