MeetingDoctors is a Barcelona-based digital health company that runs a 24/7 telemedicine platform offering medical chat, video consultations, digital prescriptions and health plans. It works on a B2B2C model: insurers, large companies, retailers and e-commerce businesses add the service to their own apps and websites through an SDK, white-label apps or web widgets. Partners include Asisa, Alan, Caser, Consum and Línea Directa. More than 8 million users have access to the service, over 150 companies use it and it operates in more than 14 countries, with offices in Barcelona, Mexico City, São Paulo, Dubai and Riyadh. It also runs a joint venture in Saudi Arabia and a pet-health service, Meetingvets. The company was founded in Barcelona in 2017 and is backed by Inveready, which provided venture debt in 2019 and 2021 and then led a further capital increase in 2022.
