Normo is a San Sebastián-based company that develops smart parcel lockers and connected mailboxes for residential communities, single-family homes, businesses and new-build developments, so residents can receive online purchases on the first delivery attempt. Its lockers open by Bluetooth through a smartphone app, need no electricity or internet connection, install without building work and work with any courier; they are offered on a subscription that includes installation and maintenance. More than 24,000 units have been installed, mainly in Spain and also in several other European countries. The company was founded in 2021 by Joxemari Gallastegi, raised a €1 million seed round in 2022 led by Easo Ventures with Itzarri EPSV, and in October 2025 received a strategic minority investment from SALTO WECOSYSTEM, the corporate venture arm of access-control group Salto Systems.
