Ufounders was a Madrid-based startup incubator and accelerator. It ran paid training and mentoring programmes for entrepreneurs with technology business ideas, through a marketplace that connected founders, mentors and investors, and it took an equity stake in the startups it supported to help them raise capital. Founded in 2020, it trained around 3,000 entrepreneurs, expanded into Latin America starting with Mexico, and reported revenue of €1 million in 2021 and €2.4 million in 2022. The company raised €350,000 in its first round, then in late 2021 closed a €3 million round led by BID Capital with business angels also taking part, and it ceased operations in February 2024.
